What We Level
Most of what we do comes down to a single, surprisingly simple fix: polyjacking. We inject expanding polyurethane foam beneath your slab, fill the empty space that let it sink, and lift the concrete back to where it belongs — no demolition, no re-pour, no week-long mess. Same slab, back to level, ready to use the same day.
Here’s everything we level.
-
Sunken driveways scrape bumpers, pool water at the garage, and only get worse every winter. We lift the panels back to grade so your driveway drains the way it should and you stop bottoming out pulling in.
-
The slab where your driveway meets the garage is usually the first to drop. We raise it back flush so the gap disappears and water stops running toward your foundation — and we’ll seal the joint while we’re there.
-
A lifted edge on a sidewalk is a stubbed toe waiting to happen — and a real liability if it’s a walkway the public uses. We even out the trip hazards and get the surface flat and safe again.
-
Patios and pool decks tend to settle toward the house or toward the pool, and suddenly water sits exactly where you want to sit. We level them back out so they drain properly and feel solid underfoot.
-
Settled steps throw off the rhythm of a staircase and quietly become a fall risk. We lift them back to an even rise so every step feels the way it’s supposed to.
-
Loading docks, entrance walkways, parking aprons, warehouse floors — uneven concrete is both a safety risk and a problem for customers. We work around your hours and your tenants, with minimal downtime and no torn-up site to clean up after.
How Polyjacking Works
1) Free assessment & quote. We look at your concrete, figure out why it sank, and give you an upfront, no-surprises price.
2) Small holes, smartly placed. We drill a few holes about the size of a coin — far smaller and tidier than in mudjacking.
3) Foam goes to work. Expanding polyurethane foam fills every void beneath the slab and raises it back to level, gently and precisely.
4) Patch and done. We patch the holes, tidy up, and you’re walking on it the same day.
